Lyndie greenwood

Greenwood was born in Toronto she grew up in Toronto. She is also trained as a martial artist. She has also studied dance at the school. She studied voice and musical theatre in Canada. The acting classes she received were at several schools, including the Professional Actors Lab, "Jason Fraser Studios" and the Etobicoke School of the Arts as well as The University Settlement Drama Group. In 2006, she earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree at The University of Toronto. The first time she appeared on screen was in a budget Canadian movie titled Pinkville. Her television debut was her first appearance on The Listener. The actress has appeared in numerous guest roles on the screen, such as Rookie Blue, Flashpoint, Being Erica, Covert Affairs, Lost Girl and Saving Hope. Also, she was in tiny roles in short-films including Little Phoenix and the Fists of Fury and as Jen as Jen in The Exit which she feels is her most favorite character. She was also cast in This Movie Is Broken. The year 2011, her professional life began after she was cast as Sonya as a regular character on the hit CW TV show Nikita.
