Born from Rochester, New York, Sharp was a music enthusiast and studied the clarinet as well as piano and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. She received a full award for The Boston Conservatory for her love of school theatre. She received her B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp after she graduated. Sharp chose to pursue a career in theatre after graduating Cum Laude with the B.F.A. Sharp appeared in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel and made her debut Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the interactive comedy Eat the Runt, she played eight characters. Sharp was also in Abyssinia as well as Aida and also Thunder Knockin, Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a read in August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp's works aren't limited to screen or stage. Sharp also wrote and written several scripts. Sharp is working on her first full-length studio album. When she isn't working in front of or behind the camera or recording in the studio songs, Sharp has a love of fitness. She is always shape boxing and studying Krav Maga.. She likes piano as well along with hiking, and taking long road trips. Sharp lives with her family, including her husband and lives in Los Angeles.
